Changes in the documents of issuing and extending the license of sending workers to work in Taiwan
Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has worked and agreed with the Taiwanese side on simplifying and editing some documents in the dossier of Vietnamese enterprises requesting the Taiwanese side to grant or extend a permit to send workers to work in Taiwan
On April 19, 2019, the Department of Overseas Labor issued Official Dispatch No. 519 / QLLDNN - DLAM to inform and guide the enterprises to implement as the following:

1. To change the Form of commitment in the dossier sent to Taiwan requesting a license or periodic renewal of a license in Taiwan:
The commitment on the advance of the charges collection and air tickets for laborers sent by Vietnamese enterprises to cancel the contracts during its validity signed between Vietnamese enterprises and laborers is made in Appendix 1 of the above dispatch (See the Sample of the commitment here).
2. To combine the Letter of introduction and the Confirmation in a document for the enterprises requesting Taiwan’s permission to send workers to work in Taiwan.
The Department of Overseas Labor requests the enterprises, in the implementation process, feedback to the Department for guidance if any problems arise.
