A. History
TIC International Joint Stock Company was established on May 18, 2011, formerly a unit under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, was founded by a team of young leaders, thermal blood, experience in the field of human resources.
The main field of operation as well as the strength of our company is the supply of human resources in the country and internationally. Although newly established in 2011 but with long experience in the field of human resources supply in domestic and oversea scope,our company has many achievements in the period of operation with number of trainees, workers going abroad for technical internships and working overseas is equivalent to a large company. Our company's human resources supply markets include Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Middle East ... in which Taiwan and Japan are the two main supply markets.
In 2014, Vietnam Association of Entrepreneurs voted TIC as one of the best performing companies in business. At that event, the CEO was honored to receive the certificate and honor cup. excellent industrial and commercial Vietnam 2014.
Other business fields of the company include: travel consultancy, travel, construction and commercial business.
B. Motto and operational objectives.
 In our main field of activity, foreign partners appreciate about TIC is that our company is focused on training, training in conciousness, behavior and language of learners in a Procedures before leaving the country to practice or work abroad. Therefore, trainees of company easily adapt to new work environment, easily suited to needs of enterprises recruiting personnel abroad.
Focusing on training, training in consciousness - behavior - foreign languages, which is also the motto of operation of TIC - International Joint Stock Company for the field of human resources. Providing quality laborers, meeting the requirements of employers, improving the lives of large numbers of young Vietnamese workers as well as acquiring advanced technology, creating quality labor force. For the Vietnamese economy in the future is the target of activities that TIC company towards.
 C. Organizational structure and infrastructure.
Human resources: In 2015, number of employees of company reached 115 staffs, including experienced staffs in field of activity, young enthusiastic staffs with foreign language and professional skills. Experiened foreign experts are invited to train teachers and foreign language training for trainees. Organizational structure: The company has 4 training centers in the North, 1 in the South and 6 in the main departments:
- Taiwan Orientation Education and Training Center I,
- Taiwan Training Center II: Specialist in Manpower Supply to work in Taiwan and Taiwanese speaking countries.
- Japanese Language Center: Professional in charge of human resources to study and work in Japan.
